At the time I contacted you, I had recently retired, I didn't feel very good and that is where you certainly helped me. One of my goals was to develop a sense of well being, and I do think I have that much more now. The other thing I wanted was a sense of peace , which I also feel much closer to.
The coaching atmosphere was always serene and calm. I felt very safe and never threatened or judged. It was like a healthy tonic or pick me up, so that I felt enabled to cope with anything that might happen to me. And without fail, whatever state I was in when I arrived, I left feeling terrific.
